Our founder is a passionate creator who believes that true wellbeing begins from within. Nicole leads our wellness initiatives with care and over two decades of experience, holding space with presence, knowledge, and heart. She designs programs that support emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing, gently guiding you toward sustainable lifestyle practices that can stay with you long after you leave Glafki Retreat.
